Parents and Friends' Association

The All Saints’ Parents and Friends Society (P&F) is an enthusiastic group of parents and guardians in our College community, working together to foster a strong sense of community spirit as we join together to promote wellbeing and education of our students at All Saints’ College.  The P&F brings parents together, offering countless opportunities to get involved and make a meaningful impact. ASC is grateful to the passionate parents who generously provide their time, energy and expertise to various activities, events and initiatives.

The objectives of the P&F are:

  • to work together to benefit the College and students;
  • to foster and enhance community spirit within the College;
  • to promote in every way the welfare of the College and its students;
  • to support the ideals of Christian education for which the College stands; and
  • to provide a forum at which parents and friends may raise ideas and provide feedback relevant to the College.

We recognise that busy parents don’t always have a lot of free time but value any contributions parents can make on a casual or ongoing basis. The P&F meets six times a year and there a range of subcommittees that help support the diverse areas of the College.

The P&F supports various events and initiatives including:

  • Community events such as Pasar Malam Twilight Market
  • Regular coffee mornings for parents of specific year groups to meet
  • Free coffee mornings to celebrate all parents in our community
  • Coordinates volunteers for College services and events such as  performances, carnivals and sporting events.

Parent Social Coordinators

Parent Social Coordinators (PSCs) are parent volunteers from each year level who take the initiative to manage social events and activities for parents and families, manage communication groups and assist in the dissemination of communications and information to families. PSCs play an important role in keeping classes and year groups connected and engaged.

Parent Support Groups

Various support groups within ASC provide platforms for parents to contribute their time, skills and talents. These groups are essential in building a supportive network that benefits both students and families.
