The Dove

The Dove is the biannual magazine of All Saints’ College. It contains photographs and articles relating to current and former student successes, staff news, and reports from the Archives, Old Saints and Parents and Friends’ Society. It conveys a sense of the busy mosaic of life at All Saints’, and perhaps more than any other publication, sums up what it means to be part of this vibrant College community.

The magazine title The Dove links in with the College’s other major publication, the Columba year book, which is also Latin for dove. The dove is the traditional symbol of the Holy Spirit, a messenger of good news or peace. It forms an integral part of the College crest and represents All Saints’ commitment to the spiritual and moral development of its students. Parents who have their children’s names on the College waiting list will automatically receive a copy of The Dove. If you are not on the waiting list but would like to receive a copy of the magazine, please contact Miss Karyn Osmetti, Community Relations (Publications) Officer, on (08) 9313 9333 or email:

Columba, the College year book, is produced by College students, staff members and a graphic designer. A group of Senior School students volunteer their time to be part of a Publications Committee, dedicating one lunch time each week to attend a meeting. Under the guidance of the Community Relations (Publications) Officer, the students contribute their ideas, words and photographs to produce the year book. Columba includes class photos, extracurricular photos, is published at the end of Term 4 each year and is distributed to all College families.
