Admissions FAQs
While the College accepts enrolments at all year levels, whenever vacancies arise, the main intake years at the College are Kindergarten, Year 5 and Year 7. These are designated intake years because the College adds two new classes in Kindergarten, one in Year 5 and two in Year 7. Interviews for Kindergarten enrolments commence one year prior, around 18 months prior for Year 5 entry and three years in advance for Year 7 enrolments. To learn more about the enrolment process click here.
Once you submit an application, you will receive the College’s digital termly e-newsletter The College Messenger. As your child’s preferred year of entry approaches, you will also receive our annual College magazine, The Dove, featuring stories about the exciting programs on offer at All Saints’ College as well as The College Courier, our fortnightly e-newsletter.
Yes, waiting lists are maintained for each year level. While we cannot provide specific rankings, families are welcome to check in periodically with our Admissions Team on +61 8 9313 9342 or admissions@allsaints.wa.edu.au to see how enrolments for their child’s year have progressed.
Upon submitting your child’s application, you will receive an acknowledgment email with a receipt. Your child will then be added to the College’s waiting list. The enrolment process will then commence approximately three years prior to Year 7 entry, around 18 months prior to Year 5 entry and one year prior for Kindergarten enrolment. If an interview is not able to be offered due to demand, your child will remain on the waiting list, which rolls over to the next year level at the end of each calendar year.
Yes, the application fee is $150 per application. This fee is waived for children of former students (Old Saints). Our application form can be accessed here.
When submitting an application, you will need to include your child’s birth certificate. Additional documents may be required, such as a passport photo page, visa grant notice, court orders or parenting plans, and/or medical documentation (if applicable).
As a guide, we recommend applications are submitted at the following times for intake years to ensure the best opportunity to be offered an enrolment place:
- Kindergarten – two years from commencement
- Year 5 – three years from commencement
- Year 7 – four years from commencement
As the application date is only one of the factors considered when scheduling interviews, we encourage you to still apply if your commencement date is closer than the guide above.
