Choose to attend one of our Junior School or Senior School Twilight Tours, or you may prefer to enjoy a personal tour of our grounds and facilities initially. You will – we are sure – feel right at home and enjoy the warmth of our very special community.

Complete our Online Application Form

Complete the online Application Form ($150) by clicking on the link below. Include a copy of your child’s birth certificate and, if applicable, copies of their passport information page and Visa or Citizenship certificate. Applications will be placed on our waiting list based on your application date.

Waitlist

Your child’s application will be placed on the waiting list for your specified entry year level, subject to the enrolment policy of the College.

If you have applied for one of our main intake years (Kindy, Year 5 or Year 7), we will contact you in the timeframes listed under Step 4 to confirm if you are still interested in a place for your child. If you have applied for a non-intake year (any year level not specified above), a place depends on availability.

Interviews

If you have confirmed your interest, you and your child will be invited to attend an interview with one of our Leadership Team members. For our main intake years (Kindy, Year 5 or Year 7), we will contact you in the below timeframes to arrange an interview.

• Year 7 – Interviews take place three years before your child’s enrolment year;
• Year 5 – Interviews take place two years before your child’s enrolment year;
• Kindergarten – Interviews take place 12-18 months before your child’s enrolment year.

For non-intake years, you will be contacted for an interview if a place becomes available.

Confirmation of a Place

To accept a place, subject to the interview process, a non-refundable and non-transferrable endowment fee is payable and confirms a place for your child to commence at the College.

Prior to Commencement

In the year leading up to your child’s commencement at ASC, you and your child will be invited to attend activity days, orientation programs, and other exciting events that will allow you to engage with other new students and families.

New families will also receive a login to our parent gateway – MyASC – prior to your child’s enrolment. On MyASC, you will have access to student and parent information and the ability to update your child’s important medical information, contact details, and consents prior to their commencement.
