The College offers a range of scholarships, including Academic Scholarships, Performing Arts Scholarships (Drama and Dance), Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Heritage Scholarship, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Music Scholarships, and an Old Saints’ Scholarship. Each has its own eligibility criteria, application process, and benefits.

All scholarships are open to both current All Saints’ College students and students not yet enrolled at the College, except the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Scholarship – this is only applicable for external students who are not currently enrolled.

All scholarships generally cover 50% of the tuition fees. The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Heritage Scholarship may cover up to 100% of tuition fees (depending on financial circumstances), and the Music Scholarship also covers 100% of the 30-minute music lesson tuition fees. Other charges including Year Level, subject charges, textbooks, uniforms, ICT charges, camp costs and incidentals, are usually excluded from the scholarship. 

Scholarships are awarded for the duration of a student’s enrolment at the College, provided the conditions of the scholarship continue to be met

Yes, students may apply for more than one scholarship if they meet the eligibility criteria for each. Separate applications are required, and there are separate fees associated with each application. Please note that a student can only be awarded one scholarship.

Students applying for scholarships must provide proof of citizenship or residency. A copy of the birth certificate (or equivalent documentation) is required with all applications.

Supporting documentation varies slightly, but generally includes the student’s most recent academic report, most recent NAPLAN results and copy of the student’s birth certificate. Some scholarships also require proof of participation in the various field, endorsement letters from community leaders or the current Principal. Check each program for required documentation. 

All scholarships have associated application fees. Academic ($150.00), Dance, Drama, Music and Innovation ($100.00), Old Saints ($50.00) and no fee for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Scholarship. 

All application fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

All students applying for Academic Scholarships must sit the scholarship examination, which assesses a range of academic skills. The exam is conducted on a set date at the College and typically runs over three hours, with a 15-minute morning tea break in between. The examination is run by Academic Assessment Services (AAS).

Students applying for Music, Dance and Drama Scholarships are invited to audition in their chosen discipline. Details of the audition process will be provided once applications close.

Examinations and auditions are held on campus at All Saints’ College

• Academic Scholarship exam: Saturday 2 May 2026
• Dance/Drama Scholarship audition: Saturday 23 May 2026
• Music Scholarship audition: Saturday 21 February 2026

Attendance at the scheduled exam/audition is a requirement. Unfortunately, alternative dates are not scheduled; however, in the event of extenuating circumstances, online submission/participation may be allowed. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

Selection is based on the criteria of each scholarship. Academic results, audition performance, and supporting documentation are all considered, along with interviews where required. The number of scholarship recipients varies each year, and is dependent upon a number of factors. 

Yes. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview as part of the selection process.

Families will be notified after the selection process is complete. Notification timelines vary by scholarship type, however, all families will be notified via email of the outcome (whether successful or unsuccessful), typically by the end of Term 2 2026 (July).

No. Students sitting the Scholarship Examination do not receive individual performance reports. Marks are confidential and cannot be disclosed under any circumstances.

The All Saints’ College Scholarship Program is very competitive, with a limited number of scholarships offered each year for each category. The number may vary depending on the applicant pool and available places.

Yes. Students are welcome to reapply in later scholarship rounds if eligible.

Recipients are expected to maintain sound academic performance and remain committed to the relevant program (e.g. Music, Dance, Drama, Innovation or Academic excellence), and contribute positively to College life.

Scholarships are conditional on continued commitment and satisfactory progress. If performance or engagement falls short, the College reserves the right to review or withdraw the scholarship.

If an enrolment is cancelled after the conclusion of Term 3 in the year prior to commencement, but before the student’s confirmed start year, a penalty equivalent to one quarter of the annual tuition fee will be payable within two weeks of giving notice of withdrawal.
