We are delighted to announce the appointment of Ms Kylie Chatto as the new Director of Junior School, commencing in January 2027. Kylie will become only the fifth person to lead the Junior School since its establishment in 1993, and we are excited to welcome her to this role.

Kylie is well known to many in our community. She first joined All Saints’ College in 2015 as a teacher and Junior School House Coordinator and remained with us in various roles until the end of 2021. We are fortunate that she chose to return in 2024 as Assistant Director of Junior School (Education and Care), and it is fitting to see her now step into this important leadership position.

Throughout her career, Kylie has demonstrated outstanding strategic, pedagogical and operational leadership. Before returning to All Saints’, she served as Head of Learning and Teaching (PK–6) at Perth College. She holds a Bachelor of Education (K-7) and a Master of Education (Literacy) from Edith Cowan University and a Master of Education (Innovation and Change) from Torrens University Australia, completed in 2023 – a qualification that reflects both her commitment to ongoing learning and her focus on meaningful, future-facing change in education.

Kylie brings a thoughtful, calm and highly capable approach to leadership, with a deep commitment to high-quality teaching and learning, student wellbeing and the growth of strong professional teams. She has played a key role in the development of Little Saints, guiding its establishment with care, vision and a genuine commitment to excellence. This contribution has already had a positive impact across our community.

Just as importantly, Kylie values strong relationships and meaningful partnerships with families. She leads with empathy, professionalism and integrity, and understands the importance of creating an environment where students and staff feel supported to grow and thrive.

We look forward to the next chapter of the Junior School under her leadership and to the continued growth of this vibrant learning community.
