Celebrating Success: Hayden's Educational Achievements
We are thrilled to acknowledge the achievements of Year 12 student Hayden, who has recently excelled in his VET studies.
Hayden undertook a School-Based Traineeship with the Department of Justice over Year 11 and 12 and achieved a Certificate II in Local Government. This traineeship is particularly competitive and until recently, only available to Government School Students.
Additionally, Hayden also completed a Certificate III in Business and a Certificate II in Workplace Skills and was a finalist in the 2023 Western Australia School-Based Trainee of the Year Awards, nominated by his employer He has now secured employment with the Media Liaison Team at the Department of Justice, initially part-time to fulfill school obligations, transitioning to full-time in November.
